Racing in stronger company. Live winning chance. COUNCILWOMAN JILLY (3) Did well when 3rd last run around here but up in grade. Brooke Bays provides some weight relief. No shock to see a win. WHAT'S SO FUNNY (2) Back from a 43 week spell. Tailed off to finish 6th last run at the track but has a positive draw. Not hopeless.
